entry-content"> <div class="asset-body"> 私自身、一年を振り返り、<br />勉強不足の上に、君達をもっともっと成長させてあげられなかったこと、<br />未熟さの上に、君達をもっともっとサッカーを好きにさせてあげられなかったこと、<br />すまないと思う、それはいつも思う事で、ジレンマに陥る。<br />ただ言えることは、選手には悪いが一年前の自分と比較して自分自身が大きくなれたと思う。<br />ゲームでも、練習でも「その次の成長」を期待し、目の前のプレー、勝ち負けに拘らなくなった。<br />冷静に的確に？状況を判断し言葉を選ぶ余裕が多少なりとも出来る様になった、多少なりである。<br />指導者も選手とおなじ一人間、<br />例え小１の選手であろうと違いと云えば、年の差と経験の差があるだけである。<br />指導者も子供の成長と一緒に日々学び進化しなければならない。<br />その意味でこのblogを開設したわけだが、やはり人を指導するのは難しい。<br />出来ないと云っても良い。<br />自分の子供を皆様はどの様に教育、指導、しているのだろうか？<br />考えるほど難しいが、<br />結局、子供と一緒に親も育成し、子供と共に競争しているのだろう。<br />親の心理で「子供には負けたくない」、勉強も遊びも全て親の方が上である、<br />子供以上に楽しまなければならない。<br />私自身、そこの部分だけで子供と接しているように思う。<br />変な指導者で申し訳ないが、<br />君達のサッカーを一番楽しんでいるのが私であり、<br />君達のサッカーに一番期待しているのも私だと思う。<br />君達のお父さん、お母さんよりも、そこの部分だけは勝っていると断言できる。<br />サッカーはテクニックがすべて！<br />しかしそのテクニックを身につけるために明確な指導法は無い！<br />基本動作の繰り返しと思うし、サッカーと通じて何を学び取るかが大切だと思う。<br />一年を通して数多くの反省はあるが、その反省を踏み台にして<br />2009年は自分自身も飛躍したいと思う。<br />VALIEは君達のクラブであり、君達が楽しいサッカーをする場である。<br />サッカーを通じて何かを得る場であり、選手が大きく育成される場である。<br />コーチはその手助けであり、効率よく身につけさせるアドバイザーであろう。<br />その為には私達も勉強しかないのだろう。<br />理屈、理論だけでサッカーは上達しないが、指導者はそこを疎かにすると<br />発展はないし、子供に対し失礼である。<br />やはり、多くのサッカーを見ることが大切、<br />子供達と長い時間を共有することが大切、<br />子供達のことを真剣に考えることが大切、<br
